SEAHORSE:

  • Training: January 18 to December 13

  • Mondays & Thursdays 6:00-7:00pm (7:30pm starting March 10)

  • Saturdays 10:00-11:30am

JUNIOR DEVELOPMENT (JD):

  • Training: January 11 to December 13

  • Mondays & Thursdays 6:00-7:00pm (7:30pm starting March 10)

  • Saturdays 10:00-11:30am

HS PLUS MIDDLE DISTANCE:

  • Training: January 2 to December 13

  • Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays 5:00-6:30pm

  • Saturdays 10:00-11:30am

HS PLUS SPRINTS/HURDLES/HORIZONTAL JUMPS:

  • Training: January 9 to December 13

  • Mondays 4:45-6:45pm: Circuit Training

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays 4:45-6:45pm

  • Saturdays 10:00am-12:00pm

HS PLUS HIGH JUMP:

  • Training: January 4 to December 13

  • Saturdays 10:00am-12:00pm

  • Additional Days to be Added

HS PLUS POLE VAULT:

  • Training: January 8 to December 13

  • Wednesdays: 8:00-9:30pm (Gymnastics through winter)

  • Saturdays: 9:00-10:30am (SSAP)

  • Sprint/Summer Schedule TBD

HS PLUS & SELECT JD THROWS:

  • Training: Early March to End of November (Schedule TBD)

TRAINING SESSIONS START AT THE TIME LISTED. PLEASE ARRIVE 10 MINUTES PRIOR.

Training is off from July 26 to early September for most athletes. Fall training starts in early September and continues until December 13, 2025. Training is on during all holidays, unless otherwise posted.

Ocean athletes train in all safe weather conditions. Cancellations and location changes will be posted on the home page under TRAINING SCHEDULE UPDATES.
